Shipping & Returns:
All our orders are shipped insured through express transport companies with which we work. The amount of shipping costs is automatically calculated at the time of placing your order depending on the destination.
Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Shipments to Peninsula:
For purchases under € 50 the shipping cost will be € 5.
For purchases over € 50 FREE
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
€ 15 shipping costs. In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must pay the corresponding customs expenses.
In general, delivery time of 48 hours. on orders placed Monday through Friday, except holidays.
On specific dates such as Christmas, Kings or special bridges, 48-hour delivery is not guaranteed due to the high volume of goods in transport companies. After holiday periods, shipping may be delayed an additional 24 or 48 hours due to the high volume of pending shipments.
In shipments to remote towns more than 50 km from any delegation of the transport agency, delivery may vary between 24 or 36 additional working hours, as these are special situations.
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to be able to make the return in case of receiving a defective product or an erroneous shipment. No other types of returns are allowed.
It is an essential requirement that you communicate in writing via email email@example.com.
In the event of a return due to erroneous shipping, it will be necessary for the product to be in perfect condition, as well as for the product to be packaged so that it does not deteriorate during transport. The return of the product will not be accepted when it shows obvious signs of use.

Cancel an order
Orders on kumi.es are usually processed quickly to offer you the best service, but you can cancel any product order for free and without having to give any explanation as long as the order has not been dispatched.
Contact us to request an order cancellation. The kumi.es staff will tell you if the order has not yet been sent and therefore it can be canceled.
If so, we will send you an email and the cancellation will not have any additional charge.
Likewise, kumi.es reserves the right to cancel an order due to a typing error in the prices or discounts shown.
